Built in the traditional Kathkuni architectural style using stone and timber, this room is rooted—both literally and emotionally—in the land it stands on.

Dostoevsky waits on a shelf, the Karamazov brothers staring back, while nearby, someone’s left a half-finished poem between dog-eared pages. You'll find Kafka's quiet unease, the tangled truths of The Trial, resting beside the elegance of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice—a shelf that holds both shadow and light, chaos and charm.
The walls aren’t just walls—they carry art, raw and unapologetic. Some pieces hang straight, some a little tilted. You don’t just look at them. You stop. You wonder. Maybe you remember something.

📍Where is Sajwar?
Sajwar is 10 km from Jibhi, an offbeat gem yet to be discovered. We have a rustic, earthy space for slow travellers in Sajwar.
The stays have been built in Kathkuni (Traditional Himalayan) style of architecture with locally sourced wood and mud at an altitude of 8400ft.
It is 3.5hrs before Manali, and is an overnight journey away from Delhi.
