Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Booking shall be deemed confirmed only after 50% or 100% of the Total Amount is paid as BOOKING ADVANCE.
In case the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of making an advance for the booking, a complete refund of the booking advance amount shall be initiated within next 14 working day.
Cancellation made after 24 hours of booking to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50% of ADVANCE AMOUNT PAID shall be refunded within next 14 working days of date of cancellation. NOTE: 50% of ADVANCE AMOUNT PAID shall be non refundable.
Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival is strictly NON REFUNDABLE.
In case the Date of Arrival falls within 14 days of making the booking advance, the booking shall not be eligible for any refund.
Refund and Cancellation Policy every year for seasons such as SUMMER (1st of MAY to 30th of JUNE ) and CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS (18th DECEMBER to 5th JANUARY):
Booking shall be deemed confirmed only after 100% of the Total Amount is paid as BOOKING ADVANCE.
Any booking amount paid in advance shall be strictly Non Refundable.
No refund shall be initiated against the booking in any case.
- PLEASE NOTE the transfer of bookings from one hostel to another shall be not allowed. The guests shall have to cancel their bookings & subject to their corresponding cancellation periods, on their end, and make a fresh booking in order to change their dates.

- BOOKING DATES CHANGE FEE IS APPLICABLE @15% of the ADVANCE AMOUNT PAID EVERY TIME the booking needs to shift and is also subject to availability on the shifted dates.
